Job summary

Gesa Credit Union in Grayland, WA is seeking a friendly Member Service Associate to deliver exceptional member service, perform routine teller transactions, assist members with digital banking, and help maintain accurate cash handling across shifts.

You will identify opportunities to deepen member relationships, communicate clearly, stay updated on products and policies, and refer complex needs to senior staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or equivalent required.
• Experience: At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Some cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to all whom we serve.
• Perform teller transactions and account maintenance accurately.
• Assist members with Digital Banking enrollment and navigation.
• Refer complex needs to senior staff when appropriate.
• Follow cash handling procedures and balance cash drawer.
