Job summary

Thrive Credit Union in Anderson, IN is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to be the first face our members see when they visit Thrive. You’ll help with everyday financial needs and create an experience that keeps members coming back.

Your day will include welcoming members, processing deposits and withdrawals, answering questions, and connecting them with Thrive’s products and services. This role requires dependable teamwork and Saturday availability to support our branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash-handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Friendly, professional communication skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a banking environment.
• Availability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming members and building positive relationships
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transactions accurately and efficiently
• Listening to members and connecting them with Thrive’s products and services that may help meet their needs
• Answering questions and helping resolve member concerns in person, by phone, email, or text
• Learning about Thrive’s products, services, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Supporting your teammates and helping with the daily needs of the branch
• Delivering the friendly, helpful service our members expect from Thrive
