Addition Financial Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Service Specialist to engage with members, promote products, and deliver compelling service. You will handle teller transactions, support branch operations, and help grow deposits while maintaining strong relationships with our diverse member base.

As part of a team-driven culture, you will rely on your communication skills and product knowledge to guide members, resolve inquiries, and contribute to an exceptional member experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a sales or member service role and cash handling.
• Service-oriented, people-first mindset and commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with a strong desire to assist members.
• Proficiency in accurately processing transactions.
• Ability to communicate with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy across diverse backgrounds.
• Genuine willingness to learn, improve and teach others.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs.
• Promote credit union products and services in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Deliver exceptional member experience with personalized and attentive service.
• Handle deposits, transfers, withdrawals, loan payments and more.
• Collaborate with branch operations and assist with daily tasks, including opening/closing procedures.
• Support cross-functional work between teller line and platform services based on member demand.
