Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience required, including front-end equipment.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.
• Cash handling and customer service responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and assists with purchases at the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns and processes payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of the checkout area and surrounding zones.
• Assists with training of associates on processes and use of technology.
• Guides members on self-service technology and helps with locating merchandise.
