Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and operate the checkout area to assist shoppers.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policy.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and assist with guidance on self-service technology.
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of the store areas and assist with training of frontline staff.
