Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club location in Hickory, NC is seeking a Front End Associate to provide member service, operate the checkout area, and promote Sam's Club products. Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and maintain the checkout area.
• Resolve member issues and concerns and promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Guide members on self-service technology and process purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges as per policy.
• Ensure safety and security of merchandise and store assets and assist with training of associates.
