Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns and promotes products and services.
• Guides members on self-service technology and processes purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Assists with training and rollout of new programs.
• Maintains organization of merchandise and safety.
