Sam's Club is seeking a Frontend Associate in Hagerstown, MD to provide exceptional member service at all points of sale. Responsibilities include maintaining checkout areas, resolving member issues, supporting self-service technologies, and processing purchases effectively.

Qualifications

• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and support at all points of sale.
• Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas including safety sweeps.
• Resolve member issues and concerns; assist with purchasing decisions.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Provide guidance and support on self‑service technology.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Adhere to company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Handle merchandise correctly and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, and required documentation.
• Execute emergency response procedures and ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
• Assist with training Member Frontline Services associates on processes and new technology.
• Arrange and organize merchandise to maintain a safe shopping environment and identify shrink and damage.
• Maintain a safe shopping environment and assist members with transportation of items.
