Job summary

Sam's Club in Gaithersburg, MD is hiring for a Member Frontline Services associate to provide member service, operate the checkout area, process purchases, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges. Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience operating cash registers/front-end equipment.
• Familiarity with Walmart/Sam's Club mobile apps a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with purchases at the front-end.
• Handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Assist with safety and security practices and safety sweeps.
• Train new Member Frontline Services associates on processes.
