• Promotes Sam’s Club products and services to members.
• Follows safety standards and reports unsafe situations to management.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Maintains entrance and exit areas, verifies membership cards, and identifies member needs.
• Assists with training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes and new tools.
