Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Member Service/Relationship Specialist to manage a diverse book of business and enhance member experiences. You will handle complex deposits, loans, and account modifications with accuracy and care, while educating members on digital banking tools and services.

In this role, you will proactively engage with members, meet outbound targets, and collaborate with teammates to cross-sell products. Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in member service, banking, or lending.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers and names.
• Ability to follow step-by-step guides and processes accurately.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as part of core hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Opens and maintains deposit accounts including complex types.
• Processes loan and new account applications and funding.
• Cross-sell platform products and refer to insurance, investments and mortgage.
• Provides coaching on complex issues to team members.
• Resolves member issues with timely, friendly service.
• Educates members on digital banking solutions and mobile access.
