Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required (additional banking training preferred).
• 1-3 years of customer service experience; banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain deposit accounts (savings, checking, CDs).
• Process loan and new account applications and provide funding.
• Cross-sell platform products (checking, savings, cards, loans, CDs) and refer to insurance/investments/mortgage.
• Troubleshoot Member inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and promptness.
• Educate Members on digital banking tools and assist with online/mobile banking.
