Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Additional training is preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and balance cash daily.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and process loans.
• Build loan packages and coordinate funding with title work teams.
• Own and resolve member issues with timely, friendly responses.
• Cross-sell platform products and refer to related services.
• Educate members on mobile/online banking and digital solutions.
• Participate in community development activities.
• Complete mandatory compliance testing and adhere to policies.
