Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.
• Customer service-oriented and able to resolve member questions and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with purchases.
• Maintain the checkout area and organize merchandise.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Assist members with using self-service technology and locating items.
• Process payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Ensure safety and security practices are followed and assist with training.
