Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve member issues at the checkout area.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Ensure safety and security, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and checkout areas.
