• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with purchases at checkout areas.
• Maintain checkout area and process payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Resolve member issues and concerns and promote Sam's Club products.
• Guide members on self-service technology and assist with purchases.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security of entrances/exits and assets.
• Assist with training and rollout of new programs and technologies.
