Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a full-time associate to provide member service, operate the checkout area, and resolve member issues at the Holland, OH location. You will assist with payments, returns, exchanges, and using self-service technology while promoting store products and services.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe shopping environment, organizing merchandise, and aiding members with purchases. Training on new technology and processes will be provided to improve efficiency and service.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a front-end associate role.
• Experience operating front-end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.
