• THOROUGH knowledge of deposit products and regulations.
• Accuracy in cash handling and recording transactions.
• Good telephone manners and techniques.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and exercise sound judgment.
• Member account problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with related computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide information and assist with transactions.
• Perform essential member service duties and balance records.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and security of records.
• Make weekly outbound service calls to members.
• Assist with member account discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions.
• Educate members about products and services and refer to appropriate departments.
• Balance drawers and manage vault and end-of-day procedures.
