Responsibilities

• Adheres to service standards and demonstrates positive member service.
• Greet members, use their name, thank them for their business.
• Balance daily transactions and maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Balance and manage vault and cash recyclers.
• Perform member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and more.
• Refer products to specialized departments as needed.
