Responsibilities

• Adheres to credit union standards and serves members and guests with a smile and appreciation.
• Promotes all retail products and services to meet sales expectations.
• Builds member relationships and identifies opportunities for additional business.
• Performs cash handling, balancing a cash drawer, and follows cash handling procedures.
• Collaborates with other departments to refer members to Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Insurance as needed.
• Performs vault duties, cash ordering, balancing, and audits.
• Participates in community service and Credit Union events.
