Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides member service; maintains the checkout area and processes purchases.
• Resolves member issues and concerns; guides members regarding self-service technology.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Conducts safety sweeps and follows safety standards.
• Maintains merchandise and assists with organizing; helps members with finding items.
