Planet Fitness in Chillicothe, OH is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver friendly, professional service at the front desk. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups and tours, and manage memberships using the club POS system.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean facility, handling payments, answering questions, and upholding safety and hygienic standards. On-site work and a positive, dependable attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional and positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member and employee interactions.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Obtain Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.
• MSRs must submit to a National Sex Offender Registry search.
• All Utah locations must participate in E-Verify.
• This position requires employee to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide strong service.
• Assist with memberships, tours, sign-ups and information on plans and upgrades.
• Check members in using the club POS system and process payments accurately.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly and inform management of issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the facility, restrooms and workout areas.
