Planet Fitness in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a Member Services Representative (MSR) to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will handle inquiries, process sign-ups, tours, and payments while delivering friendly, professional service.

This weekend-friendly, part-time role emphasizes a clean gym environment, accurate POS use, and upholding the Judgement Free Zone culture. You will work on-site, meet membership goals, and support daily operations and front desk tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional attitude with strong work ethic.
• CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.
• MSRs must submit to a National Sex Offender Registry search.
• This location requires on-site work and participation in applicable employment programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist members with account inquiries, sign-ups, and billing questions.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities; conduct tours for potential members.
• Check members in using the club POS system and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with front desk operations and safety compliance.
