Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Dallas is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional service at the front desk, drive membership sales, conduct check-ins, and promote fitness programs while maintaining a welcoming club environment.

You will handle phones, guest inquiries, and daily responsibilities to ensure a clean, organized, and “grand-opening ready” facility with strong team collaboration and KPI focus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of service-oriented experience recommended.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills required.
• CPR/AED certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and engage with them per Crunch SLA.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales; promote programs.
• Check in members, answer phones, and maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Support events and ensure the club is “grand-opening ready” daily.
