Job summary

Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe located in South Austin, TX is hiring a Member Services Representative to create a welcoming club experience. You will manage front desk operations, assist with memberships and promotions, and help keep the gym tidy and guest-friendly throughout each shift.

You’ll answer phones, support enrollments, and promote programs while upholding exceptional customer service and a positive brand presence at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, genuine smile at the front desk
• Assist with membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions
• Answer phones, manage front desk operations, and support club cleanliness and promotions (group fitness, tanning)
• Maintain accurate procedures and assist with new member enrollments and onboarding
