Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Member Services Representative in Austin to deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk. You’ll assist with membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions while upholding service standards and creating a welcoming club environment.

You’ll handle phone inquiries, enroll new members, support promotions for group fitness and tanning, and help keep the facility grand-opening ready with a proactive, upbeat attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service role is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests with enthusiasm and drives member engagement.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, and childcare.
• Handles new member enrollments and guest conversions; maintains club standards.
• Answers phones courteously and manages front desk operations.
• Keeps the front desk and lobby clean and organized; supports events and initiatives.
