Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members, prospective members and guests. You will greet members, handle front desk operations, sign up new members and take tours to showcase the club.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a positive attitude, reliability and basic computer skills. The role offers a flexible schedule, growth opportunities and access to the gym and various discounts.

Qualifications

Customer service background preferred.
Basic computer proficiency.
A passion for fitness and health.
Upbeat and positive attitude!
Punctuality and reliability is a must.
Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively with members and coworkers.
Strong listener with empathy and problem solving.
Diplomacy in all interactions and appropriate language.
High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
Handle front desk activities: answer phones, assist callers, check members in, sign up new members.
Take prospective members on tours.
Facilitate updates to member accounts.
Respond to questions and concerns and escalate as needed.
Assist in maintaining club neatness and cleanliness.
