Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using Windows-based computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet and assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and inquiries.
• Educate members about credit union products and services.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and daily balancing.
• Open, update, and close accounts following procedures.
• Support branch sales and referral goals for deposits, loans, and services.
• Handle card services, ACH transactions, and fraud claims as needed.
• Provide professional, courteous service with confidentiality.
