Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle a variety of monetary transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and transfers.
• Open, maintain, and close consumer accounts (checking, savings, CDs, etc.).
• Educate members on online and mobile banking tools and other digital services.
• Protect member confidentiality and adhere to credit union policies and procedures.
