7 17 Credit Union is seeking a friendly and reliable Member Service Representative in Stow, OH. You will be the first point of contact for members, handling deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries while promoting credit union products and services.

You will maintain cash drawer accuracy and support branch sales to help members reach their financial goals. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality in a team-oriented environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and working in a Windows-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet and assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries.
• Educate members about credit union products and services to help meet their financial goals.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and daily balancing standards.
• Open, update, and close accounts following proper identification and compliance procedures.
• Support branch sales and referral goals for deposits, loans, and services.
• Handle card services, ACH transactions, and member fraud claims as needed.
• Provide professional, courteous service while maintaining confidentiality.
