Job summary

You will guide members to suitable products, handle both consumer and commercial needs, and support remote banking tasks with a customer-first approach.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 9 months in a similar role within the last three years.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 9 months of experience in MSR/related branch roles within the past three years.
• Must not be in any stage of needed improvement for referral/sales goals.
• Must not be at or beyond the written warning stage for service performance.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists members and visitors with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
• Executes monetary transactions and non-monetary requests accurately.
• Maintains privacy and security of member information.
• Assists with new memberships, deposits, loans and related servicing.
• Supports remote services, online/mobile banking tasks, and notary duties as eligible.
• Complies with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.
