Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking an associate to provide member service, operate the checkout area, and resolve member issues at Lakeline Mall in Austin, TX. You will process purchases, assist with payments, returns, and exchanges, and promote products and services to members.

The role includes assisting members with self-service technology, staying compliant with safety and security practices, and supporting training for frontline associates on processes and new technology.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.
