Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years’ Member Service Representative/Teller experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening personal and business accounts and process changes to existing accounts.
• Provide on-site support for credit/debit card issues and relay policy information to members.
• Review and submit documentation for consumer loans including signature and auto loans, debit/credit cards, and loan products.
• Relay credit decisions to members and verify balance and transaction totals.
• Process wire transfers, IRA/CD deposits and withdrawals; monitor deposit amounts.
• Open and close computer terminal accounts daily and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Maintain privacy of member information and provide backup guidance to teammates.
• Complete required reports, attend meetings, and support supervisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area and adapt to changes in workflow.
