You will build relationships, explain Credit Union products, process loans, and ensure accurate currency transaction reporting. Travel to branches as needed and contribute to meeting branch goals with professional, proactive service.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience, preferably in a branch setting.
• Knowledge of Credit Union products and services.

Aufgaben

• Assist members with completing membership/new account applications by greeting members in person, on the telephone or remotely.
• Build long-term relationships between members and the Credit Union including recommending additional services.
• Knowledge of loan products and associated regulations.
• Recommend, originate, disburse approved loan applications in a timely manner with assistance as needed.
• Assist members with completing Credit Union Products and Services with limited assistance as needed.
• Complete Currency Transaction Reports with accuracy; recognize and report suspicious activity.
• Meet or exceed all assigned goals.
• Represent the Credit Union in a professional/positive manner at all times.
