Qualifications

• Must have prior Contact Center experience or relevant phone/sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an ultimate level of service to members and employees via telephone, electronic communications and/or mail.
• Analyze member questions/problems and refer/cross-sell products or services to meet financial needs.
• Perform transactions and research member inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
