Credit Union in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a full-time Member Services Associate to greet members, process new accounts, and proactively match products to member needs. You will build lasting relationships, advise on loans, and ensure compliance with Credit Union policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide courteous and professional service to members.
• Demonstrated ability to explain and initiate the processing of Credit Union services.
• Familiar with Credit Union functions and sales ability.
• Knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
• Knowledge of organization's policies/procedures and Credit Union's service philosophy.
• Knowledge of Credit Union deposit and lending functions.
• Knowledge of Credit Union's in-house computer system.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of safety and security program for robberies, bomb threats and extortion.

Responsabilités

• Greet members in person, on the phone, or remotely and assist with membership/new account applications.
• Build long-term relationships and suggest additional Credit Union services to meet member needs.
• Understand loan products and related regulations; originate and disburse loans as needed.
• Assist members with Credit Union products and services with limited help.
• Complete currency transaction reports and report suspicious activity as required.
• Meet or exceed assigned goals and represent the Credit Union professionally.
