Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and face-to-face customer service experience.

• PC literacy
• Ability to navigate multiple software applications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate courtesy and efficiency with customers while applying Citadel’s service principles.
• Recognize opportunities to promote or sell Citadel’s products and services to meet customers’ financial needs and sales goals.
• Accurately perform customers’ financial transactions including cash handling and teller operations.
• Add value by offering guided, consultative services to help customers achieve financial goals.
• Meet customers’ needs through multiple channels (in-person, outbound campaigns, inbound calls, events).
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure operational and financial safety by applying knowledge and sound decision making.
• Adhere to Citadel’s compliance and security policies and applicable laws.
• Demonstrate understanding of industry trends and risks impacting customers and organization.
• Interact professionally with coworkers, management, customers, and vendors.
• Meet and comply with SAFE Act requirements and complete background checks and NMLS identifier.
• Remain compliant with Bank Secrecy Act training.
• Maintain confidentiality of members’ financial information.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
