Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union in Horsham is seeking a Full-Time Member Experience Advisor to deliver premier service to members, clients and associates. You will engage with members in a consultative way to identify financial needs and provide solutions.

Responsibilities include processing account and loan requests, using data tools to analyze engagement, and coordinating with SMEs via SmartOffice/VANA to address complex financial needs. Rotating evenings and Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Full-time position with rotating evening and Saturday hours.
• FICEP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process account-related requests including opening basic consumer accounts and file maintenance.
• Process basic consumer loan-related requests and disbursements.
• Utilize sales tracking and data tools to analyze member engagement and offer solutions.
• Connect members to SMEs via SmartOffice/VANA for specialized financial needs.
