Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union in Philadelphia seeks a Concierge Specialist for our Contact Center. You will engage members by needs-based consultative selling, guiding them to the right financial products and services while delivering friendly, efficient service.

In this role you will perform outbound calls using Xpress Accounts and RM lists, build lasting relationships, educate members on AMHCUs offerings, and help with setup and initial usage of new products.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center within a credit union or financial institution is preferred.
• Knowledge of lending and deposit products and interest rates.
• Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and needs-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Engage members through needs-based consultative selling in a contact center.
• Make outbound calls on Xpress Accounts and RM lists to build relationships.
• Educate and engage members on American Heritage Credit Union products and services.
• Assist with setup and initial usage of products.
