Responsibilities

• Opens and maintains deposit accounts including savings, checking, certificates, and specialty accounts.
• Completes loan and new account applications, loan interviewing and funding.
• Cross-sell platform products and refer to insurance, investments and mortgage.
• Owns member issues through resolution and escalates feedback to management.
• Educates members on mobile, online, and ATM technology and digital solutions.
• Outbound calls to educate members on technology and assist with financial goals.
