Job summary

TDECU is seeking a Relationship Associate to deliver exceptional member service, process deposits and withdrawals, and assist with accounts and consumer loans. The role emphasizes member-centric interactions, cross-selling of products, and using digital tools to enhance the member experience.

Responsibilities include handling complex transactions, maintaining accurate records, and resolving member inquiries while upholding TDECU’s standards of service. Saturday work is required in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and attention to detail required.
• Ability to work Saturdays and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist members with online banking and mobile banking.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and balance cash daily.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and assist with loan applications.
• Build loan packages and coordinate with title work for funding.
• Own and resolve member issues with timely, friendly and accurate service.
