Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional member experience at the branch through needs-based service.
• Uncover member needs using discovery questions and recommend suitable products and services.
• Process new memberships, deposits, and consumer loans with accuracy and compliance.
• Refer members to internal partners for specialized needs and maintain ongoing follow-up.
• Document interactions and maintain audit-ready files while adhering to policies.
