Job summary

CUTX is seeking a Member Relationship Specialist to serve as the primary contact for members at a CUTX branch, uncovering financial needs and delivering tailored solutions across deposits, loans, and services.

You will meet sales and service goals, refer members to internal partners, and ensure interactions are compliant and well-documented. The role emphasizes needs-based conversations and accountable member outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• 1–2 years in financial services or related customer-facing roles.
• NMLS registration required upon hire if originating residential real estate loans.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, Regulation CC, GLBA, and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and uncover needs.
• Refer members to internal partners for specialized needs.
• Process new memberships, deposits, and loan applications.
• Maintain compliant documentation and confidentiality of member information.
• Stay current on products, campaigns, and AI tools used in member interactions.
