Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years in customer service; banking experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain deposit accounts and complete loan/new account applications.
• Cross-sell platform products and refer to insurance, investments and mortgage.
• Troubleshoot member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Educate members on digital banking technology and tools.
