Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, preferably in a financial institution.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Internet and Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing personality and a strong desire to help people.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Strong sales orientation and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences during in-person and phone interactions.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell credit union solutions.
• Open accounts and process loan applications.
• Explain basics of credit and savings options to members.
• Assist with notary, wire transfers, and other member services.
• Maintain compliance with risk guidelines.
• Engage in outbound calls to understand needs and offer solutions.
