Job summary

Hassle Free Home Services, Inc. is seeking a Members Services Specialist to deliver a high-touch, white-glove member experience.

You will manage a high volume of member communication, scheduling logistics, and operational details with strong organization and follow-through. Key responsibilities include onboarding new members, triaging inquiries via our helpdesk, coordinating daily technician and vendor schedules, and maintaining precise CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new members with scheduling and clear expectations.
• Manage and triage member communications through the helpdesk, email, phone, and text.
• Coordinate daily changes to technician, member, and vendor schedules.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and data integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations to enhance service delivery.
