Job summary

Hassle Free Home Services is seeking a Member Services Specialist to deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience for our members. You will manage onboarding calls, coordinate schedules, and handle member communications with care and accuracy.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with 2–3+ years in customer service or related roles. Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and helpdesk tools is a plus as you partner with sales and operations to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in customer service or client-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to work.
• Comfortable with technology and internal tools.
• Background in home maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding calls that set members up for a successful first visit and coordinate schedules.
• Manage and triage member communications via our helpdesk system, email, phone, and text.
• Coordinate daily changes to technician, member and vendor schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of member information and service requests in our CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to address member needs and improve service delivery.
