Job summary

Villa Sport is seeking a Member Services Associate to greet members and guests, set a welcoming tone, and relay club policies professionally. You’ll support the front desk, answer questions, and help guests with their needs in a fast-paced club environment.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, friendly service, and basic computer skills, with training provided for scripting and policies. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a flexible, member-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Memorize and use company scripts for greeting guests.
• PFC University Certification (training provided within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and set a positive tone.
• Explain and enforce club policies to ensure member needs are met.
• Direct inquiries to the Member Service Lead or General Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of club services and promotions.
• Assist with scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
