Job summary

You will communicate across departments, schedule with dispatch and service teams, and document interactions using Housecall Pro, providing empathetic and professional support to every customer.

• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with dispatch and service teams.
• Document customer interactions and appointments in Housecall Pro.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding customer requests to address needs.
• Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Complete daily post office runs, including outgoing mail and distributing incoming correspondence.
• Maintain an organized workflow while balancing multiple responsibilities.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
