Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Basic computer and POS system experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build relationships to create a welcoming club environment.
• Ensure members check in properly and resolve account issues.
• Respond to member questions, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service for satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct club tours for prospective members.
• Assist with membership sales and enrollment per the sales process.
• Perform outbound prospecting and follow-up calls to generate appointments.
• Promote club programs, personal training, and member referrals.
• Support club promotions, marketing initiatives, and community events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting club environment.
• Complete cleaning zones and operational checklists.
• Monitor and restock club supplies and inventory.
• Keep front desk organized, accurate, and efficient.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Process memberships, payments, and account updates accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Communicate effectively with leadership regarding feedback and sales opportunities.
• Assist leadership with additional operational duties.
